Argentina Data is an API providing Argentine economic, fiscal and market data. This policy explains what data we collect when you use our service, including through the ChatGPT Custom GPT "Argentina Data".

What we collect

• Google account email and name, received via OAuth 2.0 when you sign in.
• Request logs: which endpoints you call, timestamp, response status. We do NOT store request bodies or full response payloads.
• Billing information: if you upgrade, Stripe or MercadoPago handle your payment details; we never see card numbers.

How we use it

• Authenticate your requests and apply rate limits per tier.
• Measure aggregate usage to improve the product.
• Send you account-related emails (quota alerts, billing receipts).

What we share

We do not sell or share your personal data. Payment processors receive only what they need to charge you. Google receives only standard OAuth callback traffic.

Data retention

Request logs are retained for 90 days. Account records are retained while your account is active and for 1 year after deletion for tax/legal compliance.

Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your account at any time by emailing [email protected].
