ARCA tax calendar 2026 and Argentina's national holidays with business days, from your AI assistant
Due dates at ARCA (Argentina's tax agency, formerly AFIP) depend on two things: which regime applies to you and the last digit of your CUIT (Argentine tax ID). With Argentina Data MCP connected, you tell your AI assistant whether you are a monotributista (in the simplified regime for small taxpayers), autónomo (self-employed under the general regime), responsable inscripto (VAT-registered) or employer, give it the last digit of your CUIT, and it builds the month's list of due dates with the dates from the official calendar.
The same place gives you the feriados (national holidays): fixed, movable and bridge holidays, by year or by month, with a count of how many business days remain. Useful for planning a trip, counting a deadline, or knowing whether a due date falls on a non-working day and which day it moves to.
Dates are for guidance only. When a due date is estimated and not confirmed by ARCA, the answer flags it. Before paying or filing a return, confirm it on ARCA's website.
What you can ask
- What ARCA due dates do I have in September 2026 as a monotributista with a CUIT ending in 3?
- When is VAT due this month for a responsable inscripto with a CUIT ending in 8?
- When is form F.931 for payroll contributions due for an employer with a CUIT ending in 0?
- What are Argentina's national holidays in 2026?
- Are there any holidays in Argentina in September 2026?
- How many business days does October 2026 have in Argentina?
- Does the November 20 holiday get moved this year?
- When is the next long weekend in Argentina?
Which due dates the calendar covers
The calendar covers four profiles and the national obligations of each one:
- Monotributista: the monthly fee payment, which combines the integrated tax and the social security contributions.
- Autónomo (self-employed): the monthly pension contribution and the advance payments for income tax and personal assets tax.
- Responsable inscripto (VAT-registered): the monthly VAT return (through IVA Simple, mandatory for everyone since the November 2025 period) and the advance payments for income tax and personal assets tax.
- Employer: form F.931 for payroll contributions.
Each date is adjusted by the last digit of the CUIT, which determines the exact day within the due date week. It covers the national obligations administered by ARCA; provincial taxes, such as ingresos brutos (gross receipts tax), and municipal fees are not in this calendar.
National holidays and business days
You can ask for the holidays of a full year or of a single month, and the assistant returns them with their type: fixed (observed on the day they fall), movable (may be moved to a Monday, following the rule in the national holidays law) and bridge holidays (the non-working days the government sets each year). For movable holidays it serves the date on which they are actually observed, not the nominal one, which is what you need for counting deadlines.
With that it calculates the month's business days, discounting weekends and holidays. It is the count you need for an administrative deadline, for projecting billing in a short month, or for knowing how many school or work days a period has. Coverage starts in 2021 and includes next year as soon as its decree is published.
How to ask so the answer is useful
For due dates, give the assistant the two things it needs: your profile (monotributista, autónomo, responsable inscripto or employer) and the last digit of your CUIT. If you leave them out, it will ask. You can combine both tools in a single query: "does this month's monotributo due date fall on a holiday?". When a due date falls on a non-business day, the answer tells you the next business day it moves to. And if you manage several clients, ask for the full month by profile and build the schedule in one pass.
Tools that answer it
You ask in plain language and your assistant picks the tool. The names are listed so you can recognize them in the answer:

Due dates follow the calendar ARCA publishes and are calculated for your profile and CUIT ending digit. Holidays cover 2021 through next year and are updated when each year's decree is published.
Frequently asked questions
Does it tell me this month's ARCA due dates based on my CUIT?
Yes. You give it your profile (monotributista, autónomo, responsable inscripto or employer) and the last digit of your CUIT, and it returns the month's dates according to ARCA's official calendar. If any of them is estimated, it flags it.
Does it cover ingresos brutos or municipal taxes?
No. The calendar covers the national obligations administered by ARCA: monotributo, autónomos, VAT, income tax, personal assets tax and payroll contributions. Provincial and municipal due dates are not included.
Are the 2026 holidays already loaded?
Yes. Holiday coverage runs from 2021 through the year after the current one, and movable holidays are served with the date on which they are actually observed.
Does it calculate business days?
Yes. Ask for a month or a year and it tells you how many business days it has, discounting weekends and holidays.
Is it free?
Yes. Both the tax calendar and the national holidays are in the Free plan, with 20 queries per day and no credit card.
