Official Gazette: everything published since October 2025

Covers decrees, resolutions, administrative orders (disposiciones) and notices from the first, second and third sections, published since October 2025. You can search by text, by agency, by section and by date, and acronyms are understood on their own: ARCA, BCRA, ANSES or AFIP expand to the agency's full name. When you enter several words, the search requires all of them to appear; if no publication contains them all, it relaxes to any of them and the answer says so, so you don't assume a result is about what you were looking for. For regulations prior to October 2025, or for the text of a law, the search moves on to InfoLeg.

InfoLeg: look up a law by number, name or topic

You can ask for a regulation by number (Law 27742, Decree 70/2023), by its popular name (Ley de Bases, the rental law) or by topic. Every result always reports its inferred legal status: repealed (with the regulation that repealed it), amended (with the number of amendments and the latest one), no amendments on record, or no data when the regulation is more recent than the latest update of relationships. That status is deduced from the relationships InfoLeg records and comes with its own confidence warning: it is guidance, not a certification that the regulation is in force. Current tax data, without reading the whole regulation

For monotributo (Argentina's simplified tax regime for small taxpayers), income tax (Ganancias), VAT and Ingresos Brutos (provincial gross receipts tax) there is a more direct route than searching for the resolution: the current tax data is already extracted and organized from ARCA. Monotributo categories with their caps and monthly payments, personal deductions and income tax brackets, VAT rates, self-employed contributions and gross receipts tax rates by jurisdiction. Sources and update frequency
